We’ll prepare your requested Space323 tables and chairs in advance so much of the work is already done when you arrive.
 
During your 15-minute setup period, we’ll assist with final furniture placement, bringing your items into the venue, locating facility items, connecting available Space323 equipment, and making sure everything is ready for your event.
 
At the end, we’ll assist during your 15-minute breakdown period with returning tables and chairs, bagging trash, sweeping, and basic facility cleanup.
 
Please note: This service covers Space323 furniture, equipment, and facility items only. Decorating is not included. If you need assistance with decorations, event organization, or additional setup, please contact us in advance for a custom quote.
